Non-Disclosure Agreements are like Non-Compete Clauses. Easy to get the person to sign, but hard to enforce once the dirty deed is done.

I’ve signed so many NDAs that as far as I can tell, I’m not allowed to discuss anything but politics and religion. …awkward.

Disney’s shutting down their “Song of the South” Brer Rabbit water flume ride. I loved that movie. It’s a shame folks felt it a whitewash of sharecropper stories. But it’s definitely akin to blackface with the dialects and Uncle Tom acquiescences.

A few years ago I was going to connect an investment bank with a firm for a nice finder’s fee, but the bank’s NDA was so broadly written it would have negatively impacted my other jobs, I said I won’t sign, but I told them I always keep secrets. They said no. I said no firm. They decided my word was good enough.
