I was a mechanic. A college kid working for the summer sweeping and taking out garbage asked if he could borrow a wrench āthe next size smaller than 9/16.ā I told him he had to tell me the size, and he better not say ā8/16.ā He furrowed his brow and said ā9/15?ā Did I mention this kid was going to college? I didnāt loan him the wrench.
