Just when you think things can’t get any worse.

And isn’t Gunther supposed to be at the Trek Konnekt?

The good news is that Tiffany is still attractive.

The bad news is that’s she attractive to Les.

What the bleep is this creap going to bring to the table that could remotely help anyone, let alone Tiffany?

Those two don’t have two neurons to rub together between them…

And Tiffany careens head long into another Spectacularly BAD idea. This time Involving Les Knox, the second biggest Crook in the Strip. In a (Cough, GAG) “Business Venture,” no less. Gee I wonder what Les will Want from Tiffany in return for his co-operation in this (A-HEM) Venture?

Gunther? NOW would be a REAL Good time to invite Bets over to the Gulag whilst your Scumbag “roommate” is “occupied.” I just hope that Tiffany’s so called “ability” to handle “Bad Boys” was no idle boast, because she’s about to have her hands full, keeping Les’ hands off. And I also HOPE for Tiffany’s sake, that Les has learned how to use the washer/dryer, and that his “cologne overdose” isn’t some futile effort to camouflage 30 day old FUNK.

And Gunther? NO “warnings” this time! Not to Les or to Tiffany, if she shows up at the door. Tiffany is on the road to learning bitter lessons, so let this be another one.

By the Way. With Tiffany’s credit card maxed out and Ann monitoring Tiffany’s every purchase, I wonder “Who” is paying for this “Business Lunch?”

Usually the victim sprays the pest repellent on the annoying problem. Nice of Les to apply the pest repellant on himself. To bad he wasn’t using mace or pepper spray.

This comic is like f’in’ Narnia. You come back, it’s a month later. Then the next time, only a few hours have passed. If the first thing we saw next Monday was the ivy-covered ruin of The Fuse, crumbling by itself on a small island, I’d be surprised, but not, like, EXTREMELY surprised.

Continuity check: The Trek thingy went well. Bets hasn’t arisen yet. Gunther is preparing a little breakfast just for the two of them.

First Leslie’s mom wants him to go into business with her. Then Tiffany wants Leslie to go into business with her. What is it about this guy that inspires such confidence in his business abilities?

I have been using a new computer and having to sign in in FB which signs me in my actual name. I have been here, or somewhere, but anyway I am “here” here now. Now for my comment “Hilarity Ensues” obviously. This is a case of the clueless blind being supposedly led by the perpetually horny blind who has the mistaken notion that TIffany has any romantic interest in him. I honestly don’t see any business or credit card knowledge they could share, but a possible take-down of his mom, and her future possible stepmom might be in the offing. How it solves her money problem or grows her as a developed Luannverse person seems doubtful.

Note to Gunther: That is not cologne Leslie is using, it’s bug spray.

Tiff is definitely on the right track here. She is going to have a power meeting with Les and have him put all 12 of his dollars towards her business venture.

Does this strip realize there is more to the internet than dating apps and texting? I suggested weeks ago that Tiff become an influencer. Little videos, Instastories, hair and nail tips. All things Tiffany. Those people actually get paid once they get followers.

She could blog about souffle and other brands and be sponsored.

Usually you try to network with someone who has something useful to offer. In what way is Les useful?

I have no idea what Tiffany wants to do, but I can’t wait to see it. And how will Gunther react to this “date”?

Tiff can do with less of Les, more than anything.

“Network your net worth” sounds like a meaningless buzz word to me.

Note, gunther is back from trek-con and not in ears. has Betts already been flushed?

Les is a predator. Redeem him or punish him, but continuing to let him be a predator is just awful.

Tiff said one thing, Less understood another. And “chick savior” Gunther just walked in on it. I see a big wreck involving them and Bets. You can “bets” on that. “Its a small world after all.”

Is this really some part of growth for Tiffany, that she has to fall before she can get up? If so it is worth it, but in the meantime it is not entertaining.

man, I remember the days when everyone in the locker room would be spraying god awful ax and trying to cover up their beo, oh and when it mixed with the weed smell from my classmates trying to smoke, made for a very bad odor.

Les will be putty in Tiff’s hands. She is trying to pull a coup d’ ta on Ann E.

She ought to talk with someone with an actual business … like a food truck.

Phrasing

I don’t often comment, but is it possible she is going to try to use Les to set up a con on Ann that tricks her into funding Tiff As Nails?

I really want to believe that, to some degree, Tiffany knows what she’s doing. Because it’s obvious that Leslie does not…

I have no idea how this arc is going to end. Tiffany wants to in in with Al, or Tiffany wants to go through Les to get Ann out of her life.

Her book reads a lot like “wish it ,want it ,do it”. I think brian griffin is ghost writing that book.

Gunther is back from TrekConnect already? All right, son – details!

Both are about to be very unhappy.

It’s going to be interesting to see where Greg will take this. Will this turn into another Gunther-Tiff-Les tussle or will we see Tiff “network” her way into business assistance from Les’ Uncle Al. If so, will it be knowledge assistance or financial? And how will this affect Les and Tiff’s relationship if Gunther choses not to interfere. Like he did after “the cherry stem dinner.”

Ugh, from bad to worse!

I was hoping to leave Les out of the picture for as long as possible…. decades even.

Tiffany in Ditzy Mode and Les in MakeOut Mode….. I can only anticipate that there will be multiple times for me to cringe, and to clench my teeth from what this duo may end up doing.

Gunther being home…. suggests a fair amount of advancement of the timeline…. and (at least for us readers) no further details about Bets and Gunther’s experiences on their actual date at “Trek-con” or whatever it was called. That is sad.

Airman’s notion of a surprise scene where Bets walks out (in a robe or some such thing) at this time…. while interesting to think about…. is unlikely the direction Greg will go. More likely than not, the final ramifications of the date will be left unresolved.

Tiffany has real connections: Souffle. But she does have a learning curve. A client list would be helpful.

Beam me up, Scotty. Doesn’t seem to be any intelligent life here.

Luckily, Leslie has completely misunderstood Tiffany’s message. If she can survive the noxious fumes when they meet for their business lunch, either he will do her bidding because he is infatuated, or nothing will happen. At worst, Tiff has wasted a lunch; at best, maybe Leslie can spar with his mother on Tiff’s behalf….

She wants the lowdown dirty dirt on Ann Eiffel!!!
