This makes me wish for a dislike link, perhaps a skull and crossbones.

Toward the end of his life, my father in law often said, “I don’t have lead in my pencil.” Over 20 years later, I finally understand what he meant. Sadly!

I agree with all those comments regarding a heteronyms. It’s a bit much, like trying to figure out two meanings might be too much. The tear is just making a tear in my makeup.
