“Normal” – I didn’t know what that word meant before the Quarantine! And now… EVERYONE seems to have lost what little bit of sanity they held onto! So… I guess Insane is now the New Normal??? ;)

There used to be a popular bumper sticker that said, “Why Be Normal?” I put mine on upside down. I’m going to put a car on the road for the first time in almost 30 years ‘cause I can’t haul the boys to town on my bicycle and I’ll be looking for one of those stickers. I’m going to try and get my old personalized plates (IRDEDHED) again. No point in being normal at this stage in my life.

Leave it to Danae to turn a virtual class session into a Brady Bunch intro.

I keep my video off during my meetings. People do not need to see the bottom of my feet propped up on the desk.

Maybe I am strangely blessed, but it appears to me that most of the people I have met in the past few months have enjoyed being more friendly, helpful, and courteous than they were before covid-19. Or maybe the feeling that “We’re all in this together and we’re mostly still alive” is spreading.

Grand kids have been back in class for all of a week ( in Ontariariario Canuckistan ). Most schools are in person, grand kids chose virtual. Also French immersion ( It’s a Canadian thing ) Already a community outbreak declared. 13 schools infected as well as 56 daycare centers……………RIGHT ON SCHEDULE 25 kids unmutting saying “Ici” and mutting takes half an hour

It’s so much easier when you can just rotate the Camera.

Danae would definitely liven up Zoom.
