So Santa’s awake and answering the door the day after Christmas? In the past, I heard that Santa slept through the day after Christmas.

It’s just another frivolous lawsuit to be quickly dismissed by any competent judge.

This is going to get very ugly very quickly. Hope everyone had a safe and happy Christmas. Peace on Earth to all.

They have been granted although delivery won’t be until 20th January 2021.

They have as much chance in their lawsuit against Santa as the dozens of lawsuits that have been laughed out of court – even by Trump appointed judges. (He imagined that they owed him for appointing them. I’m not really sure of the credentials of several of them, but they still realize that their job is to uphold the law and not provide ‘favors’ for the Oddfather.)

No means no unless the law says yes.

Trump knows that he is a loser. He just can’t admit it. Besides as soon as he does then the cash flow into his “Golfing Account” AKA “Stop the Steal” fund will stop.

He’s not done deceiving and fleecing his “base” yet. There are still some good “squeezin’s” left.

The bad news is that these hundreds of millions of dollars do nothing to feed an estimated 25,000,000 hungry children. The good news is it will be spent on Trump hotels and golf courses and other Trump businesses rather than going to ReThuglican candidates.

Can we find a competent judge that will look at the evidence before tossing the case on a procedural point? Can we find a judge, all the way to Justice Roberts, that isn’t compromised by blackmail, money, or fear of the mob?
