When the Ivermectin stories hit, i joked that we used “Ivermec” on our llamas and they never got the covid virus. Few days later, lo and behold, there are news stories that llamas have an antibody that can help with the virus. Still learning about it, but that’s the headline.

Have found that reverse psychology really can work, particularly with people who won’t or don’t think clearly…

I have been known to remind vaccine hesitant and antivaxxers that we don’t complain about vaccinating our dogs, cats, and horses.

To quote Ron White, “You can’t fix stupid”. But if the hard core anti vaxxers finally get their shots, because farm animals get them, I’ll be for that. Fortunately the majority of Americans are doing the right thing (getting vaxxed, masking up, etc.) it’s just that the ones who flatly refuse to do so get all the media attention. You never read in the papers about the plane that lands safely, only the ones who crash. So, for that reason, you never read about Americans who get vaxxed and wear face masks in indoor public spaces, only the ones who pitch a hissy over masks and vaccinations because, you know, “Freedum!”
