I almost want to tell Lupin that the ingredient to a good ‘air biscuit’ is an active imagination, not air horns, although now that I think about it …

I had a Siamese who thought the funniest joke in the world was to swat-wake a sleeping cat (Siamese humor is a little weird). My other cats got very spooked by this habit. One day, I bent over to pet my big male tabby while he was lying on the couch with his eyes half-open. When I touched him, he jumped straight up and, for a minute, I thought he had broken my nose.

I think those old “duck and cover” instructional films from the ’50s may actually prove useful in this situation.

As a New Englander about the same age as Georgia, I love Elvis invoking the iconic Dunkin’ Donuts commercials from our childhood days.

Lupin just doesn’t understand what all the fuss is about when he starts using his airhorns. As far as he knows, they don’t even do anything.

Lupin has such incredible joy when he’s able to torment Mommy’s Special Boy. The only other cat in the strip who shows such unbridled happiness is Tommy, but of course he doesn’t have the mischievousness of Lupin.

Today is actually National Doughnut Day in the States. There is another NDD in june. So it really is time to make the doughnuts!

Database has just been hissing and growling at Update since we got her but today, Data had the crazies and wanted to play. Reboot wasn’t in the room and Update was so Database played with Update for the first time. And Reboot has decided that as long as Update isn’t playing with windchimes at 3AM, then it’s safe to sleep with me. Update just wants to play with everyone but hasn’t figured out that teeth and claws are not appreciated. She’s young. She’ll learn. Reboot took months to learn that. Database learned in about two weeks.
