    I became a Marine at 18; that’s all that matters to me (Happy early Marine Corps Birthday, Marines!) Probably because the rest of my life has been full of failure. Looking pretty good lately, though. :-)

    I received an email once from the “Pulitizer Prize Committee” that one of my novels was shortlisted. After I stopped laughing at the idea of a romance even being nominated, I decided I didn’t want to send my entry fee to Nigeria for processing.
