Not really. They’re good but not THAT good. If you could enjoy those hours reading or doing something else, you won. The original novels are a lot more interesting and the movies have nothing to do with them. Except for the name.
Never heard of any of those movies – Don’t have time for junk. (unless its chocolate cake) I thought Uncle Ted started losing it with Popcorn and Coffee mix? Yuck!
I watched a favorite that isn’t shown as often as others. “Come To The Stable”. It was on broadcast TV channel “Movies”. I needed to be reassured, there is a God, after the Packers v Browns game.
But to quote Annie. “Tomorrow, tomorrow. There’s always tomorrow. It’s only a day away.” He’ll be a Bourne Winner whenever he decides to be. Worth the wait actually….
Nothing is more frustrating while setting up recordings of network shows in order to watch the next day, only to find out the power went out in the middle of the night !
Good one! You gave Stephan Pastis a run for his money, and that is saying something. Love a good play on words, and if I were Brutus and I were given an opening like that, I hope I’d be as clever as he was today!

This is an example of why I have hard copies instead of streaming.

I like it. I must be a bit masochistic.

While not part of the “Trilogy”, “The Bourne Legacy” and “Jason Bourne” are also pretty good, IMO…

Why do they say back-to-back? That would make the second one shown in reverse. It’s more like back-to-front…

The streaming service can go down? I’m considering streaming to replace my cable company, but I didn’t know it can go down.

Ha ha! Very clever! Thank you, Chip, for a great year of jokes, puns and art work. You never fail to make me smile.

Nice twist at the end! Uncle Ted must have binged watched some M. Knight Shyamalan movies the night before!

Brutus forget the puns, it only brings out the worst in puns from everyone. A good pun, is a pun that is never spoken.
whelan_jj about 3 years ago
Don’t most streaming services allow you to watch whenever you want. I’m not aware of any that require you to watch at a specific time.
mfrasca about 3 years ago
Stephan Pastis better watch his step ’cause there a new paronomasia slinger in town who is a quick draw with the pun gun.
wiatr about 3 years ago
I watched most of “A Christmas Story” but that was after I watched Weird Al’s “UHF.” I haven’t laughed that much in a while.
