I enjoy these “old-timey” Sunday strips with Luann and a less-neurotic Bernice just hanging out with Puddles.

Yeah, a happy, feel good comic. I can dig it.

It’s great to see Shannon play so nicely with Puddles.

There just might be hope for her away from her loser sperm-donor.

I’m sure he’s really dreaming about the awesome road trip he and Monstros are having,

It seems Puddles has a good life with plenty of people to love him.

Dogs. They give us so much, they love us endlessly. Sweet lil Puddles is so happy to live with his family and to be loved by every one of them. And Luann knows it, even if she’s saying that he’s dreaming about food, the way she looks at him is also full of love ♡.

In the part of his dream where he’s sleeping on the easy chair, he should be dreaming about sleeping on Luann’s bed.

It’d be funny if Pudz was Ann Eiffel’s dog an could laugh like Dick Dastardly’s dog, Muttley every time something went wrong for her. Long live Muttley!!

So Sweet, and why use this as a way to signify on Luann? It’s Luannverse after all, and this is a comedic take on a 19 year old girl’s world. Of course, her adorable dog reflects love.

His dream is shown in the colors that dogs see.

Dogs are social beings. Luann is underestimating Puddles.

Every living being cares about food. It’s a critical necessity. But in going by this episode, Luann doesn’t really understand about Puddles, even after all this time. Needs a lot of TLC.

I remember when Hershey chocolate bar was 5 cents and regular gas was 29 cents a gallon, If you want the past don’t live to see today or tomorrow; the only thing driving up gas prices is greed; as long as they can get away with their increases they will; oh look summer vacation, gas prices will increase for the next 4 months, just like they have since they introduced not putting lead into gas any more at a higher cost. I envy the dog, the dog got love my family never showed me. And people want more unloved and unwanted children in the U.S. who is profiting from supporting human traffickers, child molesters and pedophiles? Looks like republicans to me

Don’t y’all find it interesting how many readers of this sweet cartoon inject politics into the comments? Must be a lot of bitter people out there, of both political persuasions.

I saw a cartoon on FB that made me cry. It’s a dog at the gates of Heaven, and St. Peter asks how he died. “I was hugging my best friend!” “No, what KILLED you?” “I don’t care! I was hugging my best friend!” And you see the image of the dog being put to sleep as his master holds him, crying. The dog sees the image and says “How can I be happy here in Heaven when my friend is so sad?” St. Peter says “Don’t worry, we took care of it.” and you see him getting a new puppy.

Why is it the the Sunday offering of LuAnn is the only one still worth viewing?

As I mentioned today in an earlier comic, dogs most dream about their people. I don’t know exactly how the studies were done, but they were. Mine generally appears to be running, but maybe she is just walking with me, like we do several times every day. Right now, she’s sleeping quietly. Maybe she’s dreaming about sleeping quietly next to me. In two hours, she will be at the hospital making people happy.

Lord, please grant that I may be half the man that my dog thinks I am.

Finally, an appearance by Luann. I wonder what’s been the most number of days without a Luann appearance on her own strip?

How old is Puddles in Luann-time?

Hope that’s a meatball Shannon is rolling. He only needs to get it once…course it’s a dream, so as many times as he can fit in.

If this were during the Luann Again time period, Luann would be dreaming of her trip down the aisle, until it got to having kids, and she would awaken in a cold sweat.
