My son, who isn’t at all interested in balancing a checkbook or even keeping track of his income found himself in trouble with the bank where he had a checking account. Now, he simply deposits his paycheck (and some tips) there and gets out a week’s worth of cash every Friday. Works for him!

Easy credit financing! To he## with delayed gratification!

I suppose they could get Guard Duck to rob a bank, or, as a last resort, get meat from a food bank operated by the Crocs.

What do we do now? Easy. Run for Congress & spend other people’s money or money we don’t have!

Pig’s thinking is almost as warped as Rat’s now.

I remember an old Planet Karen strip where Karen couldn’t afford her rent, so she bought cheesecake and vodka – she still couldn’t afford her rent but then she had cheesecake and vodka, so her situation was immediately improved.

How can I be overdrawn? I still have checks left!

Just wondering if anyone uses checks or balances a checkbook… If I write 5 checks a year, that’s a lot. And I can check my account anytime I want on line, so I haven’t used a checkbook register in ages! I love automatic payments!

If when I die and I’m in massive debt…I win! Can’t take it with me but they can’t get it either and I enjoyed it till the end! It’s all in the attitude.

I think that’s the federal government’s motto.

I do this sometimes, but one the other hand I don’t have a family to raise, I’m still fairly young, and I feel that life is too short

Too Bad trump wasted BILLIONS OF DOLLARS while in office and the repubs just laughed about it, and said , “no problem we’ll blame it on the Dems”

…and so it came to be, Pig and Rat, spiraled into such deep debt, they filed for bankruptcy…only to repeat the cycle….never learning a lesson, in self control.

Spending money we don’t have for things we don’t need from people who don’t give a s$%t it’s the American Way!

Now I KNOW Rat holds a political office — and Pig, too.

Coincidentally, one of my credit cards has announce it’s raising my credit limit. Definition of simultaneous good and awful news.

I write a check every month for the church, everything else is paid electronically, except for my property tax and car registration.

You could imitate that great businessman, Donnie. Borrow millions and just not pay it back. And then pretend that you earned it.

Wait until that bill comes.

People actually do lose their homes, cars, etc., while recklessly spending. If everyone indulgently spent money they don’t have, the economy would collapse and no one would win. The momentary high isn’t worth the crash. It’s fine to say, “You can’t take it with you,” but it’s not cool to leave your debt behind. Somebody eventually has to pay it. It’s much better to treat yourself with money you’ve earned and saved. That’s something you can honestly feel good about!

Never thought I would be insulted by Pig! Guess I am a sucker for living within my means.
