No one knows what ’s in the sealed indictment. Nevertheless, the Grand Jury thought it was enough for a formal indictment. DJT has worse legal troubles over the horizon.

Serious question here – If my accountant messes up my tax returns, and claims something I am not entitled too, I don’t get charged with a crime, but I must pay the correct amount, and possibly a fine. How is this different? Does anybody really think Trump HIMSELF prepared whatever paperwork they claim is election fraud?

He may have lying lawyer Cohen but he doesn’t have Stormy. She has gone on the record and written two letters attesting that there was no affair between her and President Trump. The $130,000 came out of Cohen’s own pocket for which he was not reimbursed by either Trump personally or his campaign. Bragg can’t prove otherwise.
