It doesn’t seem like much of a deductive stretch to know Claxton wasn’t alone at the time of her murder … obviously the murderer was there as well. As for the saliva DNA evidence …. OK, maybe the killer only wiped off the outside of the cup … but assuming it was Libris, surely she would have been smart enough to realize there was incriminating evidence inside the cup as well, especially since she is, among other things, head of a chemical company.
