email for more details.
Well, despite the fears of some readers that were expressed in yesterday’s comments, it appears that Tracy did not go to the theatre alone and the exits were being watched, but Fata did not appear to leave. At least the elephant is still there, as unwelcome as it in in Vitamin’s dressing room or office.
just to let any and all uninterested parties know that I was gone for the entire day to technical difficulties, namely my comp was not cooperating for a majority of the day… I could have used my phone to join the class here today, but I spent the day trying to dope out what happened to my desktop with no success until for no apparent reason, it finally cooperated…
the problem was that the power button on my tower for my desktop showed a green light, my gateway router showed all green lights and my Dell monitor showed it as being on, but the monitor screen remained black all day… I constantly rebooted, unplugged and replugged the power to the router and even unplugged the power cord to the tower and nothing happened… and then it eventually all came back on after yet another reboot was done… I still don’t know what happened and why it happened… I just kept repeating anything I could do to get it going again until for WHATEVER reason, it finally kicked in…
so that’s where I’ve been all day, that’s the skinny of what went down and out…
but, to the unpleasantness and misfortune of all you unfortunate ones out there…
P. 3. Tracy is flummoxed while Vitamin is completely aghast by a most unusual spectacle. Looks like the Star of the act got a little rambunctious with Vitamin’s furniture.
I see Vitamin in the background, is it his theater that the elephant wrecked? Uh huh, the price one pays for booking new acts. Chances are his insurance will cover smash-ups.
Sing it Tracy, abra kada bra, I should have reached out and grabbed her. Abra kada bra, abra kada bra. Well Sam did at cover the rear, however Fata said, I’m out of here, chorus…abra kada bra I should have reached out and grabbed her…
The elephant’s ears looks Asian, but the shape of the head looks rather more African. Not that I’m really bothered, but the African ones are rather more of a handful when it comes to training.
MEANWHILE: EVERY face expression in this run is funny! Even the elephant’s!! Hey, is that Vitamin back there with the “EGAD!!”? Steadfastly guardin’ the great-great-great-great-REALLY-great grandson ’o the Pharos, it appears…….
I don’t know about covering the exits. I’ve seen more than one theater with access to citywide service tunnels, some of which are not always well mapped. This trope has been well-used, but is at least an available one.
2-JUMBO: HERE I AM! DT: Never mind, Sam. I’ll blame you later…
3-…YOU’RE UNDER ARREST, JUMBO! JUMBO: What for? DT: For aiding and abetting the escape of a wanted felon! JUMBO: I’m innocent I tell ya! DT: Tell it to the judge. Cuff him, Vitamin!
VITAMIN: I’ll cuff him right after you figure out how to get him through the door! DT: Hmmm…SAM! GET IN HERE! I GOTTA JOB FOR YOU!
Hmmmmm. Could thi be the opening for that jungle masterpiece SAM, KING OF THE ELEPHANTS?
In which Nasty Neck, the sinister pharmaceutical drop-out who’s been inflicting wholesale strep on hapless citizenry smites Sam-boy on the head, creating a state of profound amnesia.
inexplicably transported to India in the late 1800s, Tarsam, Lord of the Elephants wages a weighty war against poachers and seedy squatters (played by the Plenty clan) alike, aided by his horrible herd of rolicking, romping rogue elephants! Can he thwart the hungry Hungry Hippo gang as they gobble up acre upon acre of prime land for their sinister condo scheme??
Look for a familiar ham thespian a the District Commissioner, with familiar Eric Bore/Inspector Fenwick voice.
The elephant just popped back in, out of nowhere, scaring the bejeebers out of Vitamin (I think that’s him in the background, behind Tracy in panel 3). But Fata may have vanished more thoroughly. Tracy has been outsmarted in this instance!

No doubt our killer magician is using this as a diversion for her escape. She’s nowhere near this side show.

great, but where did SHE go? :\
Wizard of Ahz-no relation about 1 year ago
people in the theatre would know where it all is, this isn’t real MAGIC it’s a stage show and there should be no issue where she is/went
