Aw, come on Pam. That was a good one! I wasn’t expecting it and have now giggled for a solid 30 seconds. Great way to start the morning on a cold, gray day.
In one of my poorer phases, I made a big stew. The lid fell off the tarragon jar as I was “sprinkling”. I had to eat Too-Much-Tarragon Stew the rest of the week because I couldn’t afford to make anything else. To this day, I do not have tarragon in my spice rack. :)

Styx and (Rolling) Stones may thrill my bones, but those words really hurt me.

That’s a sage decision Pam!

Did you notice that the humor here about the hens is …
… (only) somewhat corny? It’s cornish.

A side of Brewster we’ve not seen before.

Two hens and no veggies? Still, I’d much rather have that than whatever weird stuff Pam is eating. There’s something blue on her plate.

Brewster sent 10 separate entries to a worst pun contest. He thought he had a chance to win, but no pun in ten did.

Reminds me of that song from the planet of the Zombies “It’s that thyme, of the season, for punning…”

Two more and he might have had four fried chickens and a coke.

Is Pam eating for two? That’s a pretty big plate and it’s full. Zero gravity does not equal zero mass.

Did Dan Thompson ghost write this strip?

“Thyme keeps flowing like a river… to the sea” which is probably why Brewster added too much.

you know there is no such thin as cornish game hens…they’re named that because no one would eat baby chickens…which is what they are

They are not Cornish, nor always hens. They are chickens of either gender that are between 90 and 180 days old.

as much as I love puns, “Run, Pam, Run!”
