It would explain why North Pole polar bears, South Pole penguins, Australian kangaroos, African elephants, and Chinese pandas all happened to end up in Mesopotamia.
Apparently the radical evangelists maintain that dinosaurs were on board that little boat, too. Two of each, apparently. How they were fed is not explained.
Bear with me…I’m a Christian, and this is what I believe: The land was divided after the flood during Shem’s great great grandchildren’s lives. So, God made the land all one land in the beginning: Gen 1:9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. 10And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good. Now, also in Genesis, Shem’s descendants, Gen 10:25 And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother’s name was Joktan. Some believe that the earth being divided was by political, or family. But I believe that it was literally divided. That’s when we got all the different continents. That’s how God got all the animals on board with Noah and the Ark.
Given the scholarly work on genealogy in the Bible, we would put Noah at about the time that all the coastal areas, around the world, were flooding from climate change, making the global flood, and coastal rains, an actual thing. In that case, the ark would be an estate above the expected range of flooding, stocked with the provisions and livestock required to maintain the accustomed quality of life of the local lord commanding it to be built. With all the peoples of the world drowning, such an action would be necessary. Modifying the story to incorporate the reference to valence electronics would make repeating it useful over time, if you had the key.
If there were some major tsunami event in the Indian Ocean, it would seem logical that people would be talking about it all the way from Africa to the Middle East and throughout southern Asia and even Australia.
Ever wonder why the bible and other religious stuff is so full of gimmicks to support the illogical behaviour of god? And all the fiends who serve all the religions?
“Father, this doesn’t make any sense…”
“Well, my son, you just have to have faith.”
If I had a nickel, every time I asked a question, and got cráp for an answer, I’d have a huge pile of nickels.
2 Peter 3:3-7 NIVAbove all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. 4 They will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.” 5 But they deliberately forget that long ago by God’s word the heavens came into being and the earth was formed out of water and by water. 6 By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed. 7 By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.
What if this earth isn’t a paradise, but instead God’s trash bucket, where she tosses all the waste from failed experiments? That would explain humans and platypus ducks.
There is a full-scale ark replica in Kentucky (the Ark Experience) which proposes a similar theory. Their exhibits show animals which after the flood diverged into the many species we have today. This would not have required as much space.
Wouldn’t it make more sense for god to put the evolution switch in reverse until every animal was in marine form, thereby surviving the flood no problem. Then all you have to do it throw the switch forward again, and Voilà!
It is interesting to see the “debates” from one little cartoon. Those who believe in God, and those who don’t. Those of us who believe in God use the Bible to back up our statements, while those who don’t just ridicule without any references at all…
never understand the hatred for Christians. If you dont believe move on. But you feel the need to mock. But yet your to cowardly to do the same with Muslim’s. Says alot about you.

Here’s how my mega-church’s millionaire pastor explained it to us.
When the Bible talks of miracles like parting the Red Sea it’s literal truth.
When the Bible talks of feeding the poor it’s a metaphor.

“The Ark Experience” tourist attraction shows humans and dinosaurs living together. You know. For people who think “The Flintstones” is a documentary.

Yah, that’s about how good that sort of compromise gets. Kind of looks like it works, but, yeah, no, it doesn’t.

Science does not compromise, although it can reach consensus.
Religion will not compromise, although it will kill heretics and nonbelievers.
