Stupid people reading their cell phones when the light turns green, Stupid people having to dig the exact coinage out of their little change purses at the supermarket, Stupid people voting absurdly……..there are jus SO MANY Stupid people !

Ah, I wish it were so simple. There are a lot more problems than stupidity. People can cause a lot of damage doing what seems at the time to be consistent with our best knowledge and best intentions for the future; you can see it looking back at history. Communism was supposed to bring about a paradise for the working class, for example. Eugenics for another. Some very smart and well-meaning people supported them.

Also some smart people who are just rotten.

Greed and stupidity: a deadly combination.

I think it’s money that’s the root of all evil. That’s the cause of our sorrow.
