I finally got the meaning of this, but it took a while.

Listen pal you eats vegetarian if you wants to but you ain’t forcing nobody elses see.

I was cutting up some beef for dinner. My little dachshund nudging my leg. Making sure wife was not looking, I microwaved a few small pieces and gave it to my dog. She was so wag-happy!

Daily kibble is boring…..

The vegetarian pet food might be satisfactory to the dragon if the Wizard would feed it to him by feeding it to another animal – which the dragon then could feed upon.

Is that Henry? His wings look too big to be Henry.

In veterinary terminology it is “Biologically Appropriate Raw Food” (BARF).

Feed him vegetarians then we all win

I was deceived by Canadian labeling: I thought peameal was only some form of ground split peas; later I learned about seitan.

Maybe if the pet is an herbivore, sure. But for a dragon… No.

A very large NO.

Hope he doesn’t fall off the roof. That happened to Aunt Flo and she was all crampy and crabby for a week. Dilly! Dilly!

Why is he sliding down a roof?

Reminds me when some vegetarian or vegan person was asked what animal they would like to come back as. They said a wolf. Where the journalist said, but then you’d have to eat meat. They insisted they’d be a wolf that didn’t eat meat. The journalist didn’t say anything, though the look on their face was priceless.

I would have said, you’d be a dead wolf. Mama wolf isn’t going to dig up roots and veggies for you. After mother’s milk it’s gonna be regurgitated meat or starve to death.

it’s cruel to make animals that are carnivores live up to your ideals. it is natural for them to eat meat and unnatural and unhealthy otherwise.

I have a feral jaw, that means all four canines-upper and lower are fully developed, they come to points and the pints project beyond the flat teeth round them.

I have a friend who’s a vet and a vegan. She looked at my teeth and declared “That’s a carnivore’s jaw line, you can eat meat.”

And not a very subtle no at that.

I’m with Henry on this one.

Vegetarian pet food what you want to kill your pets?

My mom got my kids chocolate advent calendars this year. She also got my cats a mini adventure calendar with gourmet cat treats. My cats despise the treats. My wife put them on top of the food in their food bowl and the cats didn’t eat for the entire day.

Why doesn’t Wiz use his wand to turn the vegetarian food into something the Henry likes? Or at least make a portal back to his lab. Hmm. How about make dragon food out of nothing?

It’s a wonder that Henry didn’t leave the place a smoking pile of ash!

“My teeth are swords. My claws are spears. My wings are a hurricane!” No vegetarian pet food.

Henry, stay away until the Wiz promises that he will never feed you veggie pet food!

I’m a great believer in eating plant food. I do, however, prefer that a significant portion of it be pre-processed by a cow, goat, sheep, pig, or whatever.

whys he on the roof?

Just because it’s a nutritional match, doesn’t impress your pet. Smell and taste are what they judge.

I would say ….. Wizard …. that where Henry left you …… it’s definitely a “NO” …… :)
