Peter learned something about relativity today: His own time is relative — it’s dependent on his closest relatives — especially his mother.

Ugh! Why does Peter always have to have the need for speed when behind the wheel? I’m surprised they haven’t done an arc where he got into a horrible accident because of it!

Yeah, sorry Peter, you’d be hard pressed to find a car that can actually go fast enough to accomplish that. And that’s not considering all the police that’d want to you to stop and pull over when you try too. :P

Nah, it’s easy. All he has to do is build up enough speed to slingshot around the sun. If he does, he will be in time warp. If he doesn’t, then he’s toast.

Your physics teacher would be more impressed if you learned how much energy it takes to accelerate to even a noticeable fraction of the speed of light and then figured out that internal combustion engines don’t produce that much energy.

The 88 mph thing only works if you have a flux capacitor, Peter. Which you don’t.

There was a young lady from Wight

Who traveled much faster than light.

    She departed one day

    In her usual way

And arrived on the previous night.
