Try using the force next time.

You are supposed to start with pencils and cornflakes before moving heavy objects like sleds.

It seems that ‘sheer brain power’ requires having a brain.

Or until the sled decides to cooperate.

Take a hike.

Then with your brain power you will succeed in makeing it go downhill.

There’s tension, and then pretension.

…….lest he tried!!!!

Make more Calvins in your replicator and have them build a tow rope.

Wasn’t in the mood I guess.

Calvin thinks this is the colder-climate version of the flying carpet.

Gravity stronger than brain power see.

“That’s telekinesis, Kyle!”

Seems everybody else had better things to do.

The force is weak in this one !

Concession is often the better choice in a dilemma.

Objective reality hits Calvin again.

And of course walking is build character see.

Brain power is overrated. Nothing works like in the comic strips or movies, especially the science fiction ones.

Where’s Hobbes when you need him?

Calvin is more pragmatic than usual today.

Like the guy that told me he could stop smoking any time he wanted. He just didn’t feel like it…

Calvin gets into enough trouble as it is. He’d be a power to be reckoned with if he ever conquers telekinesis!

And THIS is how you build self confidence! Lying to yourself…

This is how I feel lying in bed and the remote control is on the dresser.

Actually he is using his brain power to use/move his body every waking moment. What a gift!

It didn’t work back when I was a kid, either.

He’s supposed to press his fingers into his temples in order to focus he brain beams

Yeah, that’s usually the way sledding works ! ;-)

The sled forced Calvin to take it up the hill.

Brain battery needs a full charge.

About as likely as pulling your self up by your own bootstraps.

Note that Hobbes—knowing full well that Calvin would want him to drag Calvin up the hill—has chosen to be absent today.
