Okay, so some mysterious person (with a creepy house) has picked up Rikki Mortis from her prison cell! I see the possibility of a villain entering our story here.

Has 20 to life passed already ?!?  Did she do a fake death and get released, the way they did with Abner ?

Love P.2 inside viewing angle. P.3 is a great gothic(?) scene and in winter yet.  Like !

I was pretty hesitant at first as to where this story might be leading towards, but now with the addition of Rikki, my interest is piqued… and I haven’t piqued in quite awhile… but now I also want to see how Siegel and Schuster will be worked into all this… and did Rikki somehow break out or had help in breaking out and they will somehow become involved in the gothgirl-hunt for her?… this may actually prove to be interesting, after all, but time will tell, the proof will show in the pudding and we shall see in due course… I have hopes…

A story with Rikki always has possibilities, but if Abner shows up, all hope is lost.

Rikki Mortis meets Wednesday Addams!

Predictions Rikki had been moved from prison to hospital because of complications with pregnancy (likely faked) and it made it easier for one of Abner’s relatives to stage an escape for her. She is being taken to the family home. We now start getting a line of Kadaver Juniors & cousins & nephews who will be trying to bump off Tracy. Meanwhile, Siegel and Schuster, are reporting to Tracy that they still haven’t found garage guy.

There she is! Humble abode?? The place looks huge! Has Rikki had the little one yet? This may be the longest pregnancy in the history of Dick Tracy.

Questions arising from this:

1. What about the baby? (Many already asking this.)

2. Why would someone want to break Rikki out of prison?

3. If the memorabilia troopers are there to tell Tracy about Rikki’s escape, why are they coming from different towns?

MAYBE they let Rikki out under supervision so she could have the kid, and then she slipped away once she got her breath back.

Even though it’s been a couple of years since we last saw Rikki, considering how slow time moves in this strip we’re all left wondering whether she’s still pregnant or if she’s had the baby. And of course, whose “humble abode” is she at.

It used to be a motel. I have been remodeling it.

Another 3 day holiday for me—-I shall be back on Tuesday January 2nd.

Will Motherhood force Rikki into early retirement from peculiar villainy?

Rikki is back? If only Vista Bill were here – for so many reasons.

OT — I don’t understand formatting, it seems. MORABU lists as 760 paperback pages and 762 in Kindle. I KNOW I didn’t write that many pages! I’m also bewildered at the sales. Evidently people are buying it and not starting with the first book in the series??
