Goddesses are WAAAAYYY older than Gods. Athene and Aphrodite were way older than Zeus in the original matriarchal triple moon goddess cults. Something weird here—the Non Sequitur for Jan 4 in the LA Times is completely different from this one. I was actually looking forward to reading the comments for the Times version, which is WAY more provocative than this one!

Am I the only one (other than maybe eddi_tbh) reading “commit” as “commit suicide” and thinking it’s in rather bad taste?
