I find the best way to enjoy being out of it is being in it a bit, even if for a few seconds, so you know what you’re staying out of.

Like Jim Cantore, I love thunder snow (but not as much as he does). We haven’t had that here in a long time. But we did once have something that caused a bright green glow outside. It was so weird that I declined to investigate, but we are way too far south for the aurora borealis.

Milk, dark chocolate, and a few spoonfuls of unsweetened cocoa powder … heat gently until nicely thickened … top hot chocolate with several large, toasted marshmallows (I have a gas range) … cover with as much whipped cream as possible …

“Gallons of lightning” reminded me of a physics book that said it would be theoretically possible to go to the store and buy a pound of red light.

“Everybody Knead Now” is a play on song lyrics. I am racking my brain trying to figure this out because it is triggering a memory from the very early 80’s.

Elvis looks so happy to be making biscuits on the big fuzzy blanket! And Puck with a chart, to add to the overall bliss.

Off topic, after almost 5 hours of Spongebob Squarepants yesterday, my mind will never be the same again.

Off camera and comfy together under covers, Pucky and Goldie giggle and croon a sweet duet:

Kitties, / Kitties who knead People,

Have the luckiest People in the world

We’re kitties, kneading our own People

Not letting our kitty pride / Hide all the knead inside…

    Everybody Dance Now (Let’s Sweat)

    Everybody knead now!

    Everybody knead now!

    …….

    Give me the blanket!

    Give me the blanket!

    Everybody knead now!

    Everybody knead now!

    …….

    Yeah

    Yeah

    Yeah

    Everybody knead now!

    Yeah

    Yeah

    Yeah

    Everybody

    …….

Here is the snow, now all over the place

The chocolate is hot and I don’t waste time

On the couch with the gang fine

Knead to the rhythm, knead, knead to the rhythm knead

    And the blanket is fine

Beats and lyrics to make make biscuits by

Take a chance, come on and dance

Mice go to town, don’t wait, run around

It’s your world don’t worry about squirrels

Tryin’ to get a nut they’re in a rut

Squirrels are ourside, and we are in

Hands on the blanket, come on say “yeah”

Everybody over here, everybody over there

The crowd is live and I pursue this groove

    Party people in the house

    Knead (let it go)

    Indeed (make it so)

    Everybody knead now!

    Everybody knead now!

    …….

    Come on let’s knead, baby

    Let the blanket take control

    Let the rhythm move you

    Knead, knead

    Let the blanket take control

    Let the rhythm move you

Today is Frozen Yogurt Day … in February! …

    … Brain freeze!

And Happy (?) Waitangi Day to all in New Zealand, where I’m sure some frozen yogurt would be welcome.

And does this chart mean that tiny marshmallows are a sign of doom? I always hated marshmallows in my hot cocoa: too sweet and the texture is unpleasant to me.

On the other hand, I really like toasted, just slightly burned, marshmallows. Otherwise, I consider them inedible.

I’d be putting whipped cream above the marshmallows. As a kid it was marshmallows in my hot chocolate all the way. Now while I still enjoy them occasionally, I prefer whipped cream.

Also, I’d add the occasional peppermint stick or peppermint candy cane.
