Puck zooming in his jammies takes adorable to a new height! Poor little Pengo looks almost as sleepy as the boy. And would you look at Goldie’s poofy tail! She must have been asleep in the bed when Puck bounced through.

NASCAT: He’s going all out in the straight and he is turning left…

Trade! I will take zooming cat… you can have the cat who leaves all the cupboards in the house open! And if she is in a mood… she will noisily close them many times before she is satisfied! And yep – 3:25 AM!

I called it ‘The Charge of the Not-So-Light-Brigade’ when my former roommate’s cats would do this.

I’ve only had the experience of being owned by just one cat at a time. My sympathy goes out to those of you who had to experience the early morning zoomies from multiple cats at one time! Don’t know how your kidneys and bladders survived!

I had a cat that had a routine of doing “wind sprints” in the back yard for five minutes before going out to hunt. On wet days, he would do them indoors.

And this is why we sleep with the bedroom door closed!

Throw Out Your Leftovers Day: Back before refrigeration, yesterday would be the last day leftovers were possibly safe. Even with modern refrigeration, unless the fridge is set cold enough, they may be past their prime. According to the Mayo Clinic, four days is the maximum time leftovers can be refrigerated and remain relatively safe. YMMV. When reheating leftovers, make sure they get up to at least 170°F—higher is better!

At least it’s only the “zoomies.” It would be worse if it was “the evil crazies.”

Well, not sure the Boy is awake, looks more like he’s sleep walking. The Girl looks like a human Lupin, same exact scowl. Goldie looks terrified. Probably because Puck is normally so mild mannered. Elvis looks like, well, Elvis looks normal. And the Man and Woman look annoyed. Now trying to figure out which Robber Mouse that is, whoever it is she’s just as shocked as Goldie.

Puck is selfless.

Even Pengo looks perturbed!

So “Goldie” has claimed “The Man” as her human? I always assumed the other three had similar ownership of “The Woman”?
