An extra bathroom?!? What on Earth is that?

It’s true: Our master bath has a tub that’s been unused for probably a decade or more: We have a separate shower… The other bathroom has a tub that gets used when guests spend the night.

When I was in China, I visited a family that kept a carp in the bathtub (briefly), in lieu of refrigeration.

Pet Hagfish has to be the very next phase!

Using a tub for fish? No good. It’s reserved for Mermaids.

I know somebody with a 300-gallon tank that she keeps schools of large fish in. Not as big as sturgeon, though.

Well young man, maybe those who have purchased beyond their needs. The rest of us share bathrooms, and they get used.

We say these houses have more bathrooms than %$#holes… we’ve come a ways from the bedroom pottie under the bed and the backyard outhouse supplied with yesterday’s newspaper.

If you want to keep a Great White Shark, you’re going to need a bigger tub!

Why keep sturgeon? 90% of them are crud.

I haven’t taken a bath in 50 years!

While I much prefer watching a fish tank to TV, I must insist – fish in an aquarium are decorations, not pets.

When I was a kid, we took over a service station in a rural community. There was a minnow bait shack that had a concrete tank. Remember some Bozo telling my father to tar the inside of the tank to minimize water loss. My dad, otherwise a very intelligent person, did exactly that. Need I go on with the rest of the story?

Fish need alot more room then bath tub. Unless you want a small sea in your house I’d look into other pets.

Pet fish are to all fish as pet dogs are to all mammals, not to all dogs. Mr. Mallet needs to refresh his memory of high school biology. Actually, it’s more complicated than that because there are several classes of fish but only one class of mammals. That makes his mistake substantially worse.

Then there’s always Monterey Bay Aquarium!!! =^_____^=
