Somehow, I don’t think we’ve seen the last of The Leprechaun; he’ll not likely be willing to let all this slide… (Swiping his wallet just added insult to injury!)
Duffy: Well, this was a much better time than I thought it would be. Time to be off to find the rainbow’s end.
Puckmosis: Well, there must be one or two of them, even out in the desert.
Duffy: The Royal Procurers have agreed to help us find one. At a reasonable price.
Beatrixia: Sorry I bopped you there. No hard feelings, I hope.
Duffy: Ah, I know a kitten does what a kitten does.
A few minutes later
Paddy: Don’t worry about Duffy. Sometimes my brother needs a bit of comeuppance.
Beatrixia: Well, then glad to do it. Would you mind answering a question I have?
Paddy: Ask away.
Bea: Are there female leprechauns? Many people say there aren’t.
Paddy: Let me put it this way. We don’t discourage people from believing that. Most leprechaun ladies prefer to keep a low profile. And when they travel, they usually like to be disguised.
Bea: OK. I’ll keep that little secret.
Paddy: I like you, Bea. And here’s another. You can call me what my friends all call me: Trish.
It took me awhile to spot Violet turning the door knob while Natasha turned the key. So why does the outside of the door have a glass knob but the inside has brass?
How did they find the end of the rainbow? Do they really think that the leprechaun won’t come back to claim his gold? And will the gold stay gold, or turn to rubbish when they try to use it?
Georgia posted this yesterday and I posted it at the end of yesterday’s comic so probably it hasn’t been seen by many. It’s a blog she wrote in 2011 on her mixed feelings about the American St. Patrick’s Day. Very interesting and also includes a lot about her childhood. http://www.georgiadunnstudio.com/2011/03/old-enough-to-believe-in-magic.html?m=1&fbclid=IwAR2bekUwArqoU7a4mdLQXH8awpWmjrJeAgeY6ManGbwC4jN15qBHQ5hB1MQ
So let me ask here: are the robber mice just being nice to the human kids because they are mostly nice? Or did they plan the distraction to get the gold? Or to help the BCN crew so that the cats don’t remember where the mice fall on the food chain? There does seem to be an unwritten rule, enforced by Baba Mouse, to help the younglings of all species who live near the BPH.

Okay Orbsters – before we leave this arc, I have to ask the age-old question:
Which 2-word expression best describes the smallest thing —
ITTY-BITTY
ITSY-BITSY
TEENY-TINY
TEENY-WEENY
TEENSY-WEENSY
Any thoughts??? :-)
