This is pre-paw-sterous! How did they became so rich?

I will never, ever stop being amused at how multiple cats can fit themselves into one box.

But, Puck, there’s no room for Buzzy Mouse when the quartet are there!

My current batch of cats don’t seem to care for boxes. In the past, other cats loved boxes. One might share with another but only one other. No multiples.

And they are all dressed in evening wear for the big event.

We have one like the strawberry bed, except it’s a pineapple. We bought it for our cat Bob. Anyone with kids the age of mine will get it….

So much to love today!! Goldie’s beautiful gown, in a gorgeous color. The pink flowered dollar store bin (yes, Burt, agreed, I’d totally buy that for a dollar). The strawberry cat bed (won’t admit how much I’d gladly spend on that…). And IYFTB!!! [In Your Face Toe Beans, for those without an updated glossary]

I just noticed, the pink plastic sides of the bin are actually bulging in the last frame!

The last panel is adorable.

From my experience seems most things quailify as cat beds at one point or another, largely based on location

My recently deceased wife has bought more than our share of “pet” beds for our many dogs and cats. The rule always seemed to be they only want the one that “someone” else is using. The current cats are the ones my wife always wanted (Oriental Shorthair) and litter mates so they are almost always together wherever that is. She got them but didn’t get to enjoy them for very long.

If I’m not mistaken, this is true to life. Georgia posted pics recently of the new hotness – a plastics bin with a towel in it. They love it!

Sunday Funday this is a really great comic. The only way to afford 4 cats is the good old Dollar Shop! Yeah!

Puck in his white tux. Lupine in his white tux. Both so cool, they have to wear shades.

All three guys in formal wear … tuxedos; and sweet Goldie in a charming frock …I think Elvis is sort of crushin’ on Goldie; he’s never far from her side and she’s a real darling of a kitty.

As long as it has a two-inch side, a cat can “hide” comfortably in it. :)

Back in the early days of recycling we put our old newspapers in a box in the kitchen. It became a prime piece of cat furniture.

A new but obviously temporary cat bed? Does it mean they are going to have cat company come calling? I’m sure the woman and the man would cat sit for any of their friends.

The rolls left to rise underneath the towel will never be the same.

I wonder if the Dish Pan and Dish Towel are on the counter by the sink (you know, for dish washing?) :) When the Pandemic WFH started I had to put 2 cat beds on top of my desk in order to encourage my cats to leave me alone while I worked. They eventually grew tired of them and moved back to their cardboard boxes with towels/old t-shirts/whatever bedding in them. And I got all my desk space back.

Wow, some of the most simple beds can be a joy for cats.

We have a cat bed, that is a box. Novel idea I know /s! I’m not kidding though, I put a box down with the brown paper packing in it. Reilly played and laid in it for awhile, crunching up the paper, then Sadie adopted it. She loves to sleep in it so much that we don’t have the heart to get rid of it. We’ve probably had it 3 years and counting.

The felt caves don’t work for my clowder. A couple of cats love to crawl into them but our moose prefers to squash them flat, not caring who is inside. So, they are just beds, not caves.
