I never have much to say about wrestling (it is, in so many ways, not my thing) and I’m getting my second COVID shot tomorrow (well, today now) with the expected chances of side effects, so if you guys don’t hear from me much this week, no worries! I’m probably here but not feeling talkative.

There’s nothing like a good wrasslin match for fantastic entertainment as the watchers party hearty!

Hope everyone had a great Easter! We had a nice dinner with warm blackberry cobbler and vanilla ice cream for dessert. And all my good kitties got a couple of small bites of ham as a treat. And yes, there was also chocolate for the hoomans!

Did anyone else catch the edge of Puck’s glasses in panel 2? I couldn’t figure out what that brown thing (looked brown on my small screen) was, until I blew it up and looked closer! THE DETAILS, GEORGIA! Oh, my CAT!

I must be too old for wrestling. In the late ’50s and early ’60s I watched a fair amount but I was in junior high and high school. It was much more low budget and cheesier. The costumes were like stuff from the dress-up box and the “acting” was broad. My favorites were the Nazi tag team bad guys who were matched with clean cut American good guys. The Nazis cheated blatantly. There was one who hid a garotte in his trunks.

“Professional Wrestling”: one of the best comedies on TV!

Just don’t body slam them, Lupin.
