C’mon Wiley Bears. Everybody knows you can’t get a free meal when you fly anymore.

I wonder how that balloon is flying. It doesn’t look anything like a helium balloon (the envelope has a hole in the bottom) but it’s certainly not a hot-air balloon (no propane tanks or burners).
