Mutual screech from both kitties……..Iggy’s fangs do make him look like a vampire so Beatrix had a valid question.

The fact that the kitty in the striped shirt is afraid Beatrix is a ghost hints that perhaps he or she has already seen Freddie, Tillie or other members of the RCO crew and that was the reason for the yodeling.

Terror has a twin in the mirror… ANd the other is very sneaky.

I love Iggy’s kinked tail. Our cat Dell had a kink like that, and Iggy’s reminding me of him. Now I have to go digging through the social media posts to see if RL Iggy’s tail is kinked just like Dell’s…One of the few things I miss about logging on to FB daily is keeping up with the kitties.

We all want to know the answer to that, Bea. But we’re going to have to wait until Monday. GAH! ☺

Georgia is leaving us on eleventerhooks.

The boy speaks. And he’s a shy boy. Awww. I’ve only had iggy three days but if anything happened to him i’d burn the world down (as the original quote seems.. not safe for Go Comics censors so playin it safe). Also Ora enters just as we cut to sundays. Dang it!

This sounds bad, but I think frightened kitties are hilarious. Especially when they look like sunflowers!

Of course, they also deserve extra cuddles, so there’s that.

The ‘are you a ghost?’ question is legit! There ARE ghosts in that house and they were probably already around and that’s why they were howling! They were scared!

Contact! Iggy has spoken. Clearly both these cats have been listening to too many ghost stories. I also love the Elvis and Puck solidarity in panel 2, and the beautiful colors on Ora Zella now that we can see her better. Based on his real-life counterpart, I bet Iggy goes from fearful to curious real quick.

I wonder if Iggy will become best buds with Lupin since he did in real life.

Well, they were talking about escapees..

It’s okay, Iggy, Bea is friendly. And Elvis will be too, once he sees you and Ora Zella are still babies.

OT: Yesterday was Elvis’s 14th birthday! Georgia posted: "Happy birthday to Elvis!!! Elvis is 14 years old today, and still very spry! He is the only one of the cats whose birthday we celebrate, being the first cat I had. Otherwise we celebrate Gotcha Dates (the day they were adopted.) My best friend and shadow, I don’t know what I would do without Elvis. I love all of the cats equally—of course!—but he truly is Mommy’s special boy. He is a warm, loyal, clever, hilarious, very protective cat and I love him so much. This morning began with Elvis and Iggy chasing each other across the kitchen island and sending a glass smashing to the floor. We all agreed it was Lupin saying “happy birthday!”

Since I can’t do instagram, Facebook or Twitter, I was wondering if anyone could tell me more about the gender of Iggy and Ora Zella?

Part of “catting” is the occasional yeowling session. You can move it along but yeowl they must.

Ash, kitty I had that’s waiting for me on the other side, used to love showing off his fangs. His nickname was vampire. And I love how he’s asking if she’s a ghost, she’s asking if he’s a vampire, and the other scared kitty is hiding.

To answer Bea’s question: He’s hiding, being sick, miserable, and scared.

Worse, we have to wait until Monday for the start of the resolution, which I bet will take at least a week, and may well last to the end of the month.

Considering where Ora Zella wound up in the last panel, I suspect the CLATTER in the first panel was from her & the hat box falling to the floor.

You know, I think the “clatter” in panel one is Ora Zella…er, the cat in the round box, falling out of it, or jumping out of it, and hiding down in the corner of panel 4.
