I have one thing to thank Elon Musk for: breaking my Twitter habit. I’m barely there now and I don’t feel bereft at all.

Last week @ElonMusk labeled NPR Government Funded, trying to brand them as being a propaganda outlet. Which I find ironic since MushBrain is himself almost completely… GOVERNMENT FUNDED!

I have NEVER been on “twitter” and it’s been years since I was a member of any social media other than this one, and I appreciate Doonesbury reaffirming my decision, today.

If Musk is so rich, how come he’s not smart?

I always thought that the analogy of Twitter and a town square was off. Twitter allows you to delete posts. You can’t unsay things in a town square. I understand that Musk wants to allow tweets to be editable. Again, you can’t go back and say what you said before. In a town square, if you realized that you were wrong, you had to man up and say that in front of everyone.
