Taking a little time for other people isn’t breaking up!

No one does over-the-top drama with as much feeling as Elizabeth Patterson.

Isn’t Liz a “friend”, Anthony??

I guess all of my old girlfriends felt that way, too. That explains why they broke up with me first.

Like how can you know that Anthony is a true blue Canadian boy. Like eh, he slipped in three likes in only two sentences!

Of course it’s immaturity. They both still immature. They’re not in college they’re in high school just barely.

These things never go as planned.

I had a girlfriend who was about 3 years younger than me and she wanted to see me EVERY DAY. I was also in a band that rehearse 3 times a week. I am still in a band. In fact I am in 2. So …..and not married to her.

The best relationship advice I ever got was to “allow independence without feeling rejection”.

I would rather be the one getting dumped, I don’t like hurting their feelings when I have to do the dumping. So if she dumps me, it hurts, but not as much as it does when you have to make someone else feel bad.

Usually it is the girls who dump the guys for being too clingy.

Hard thing in any relationship is realizing as much as you cherish time with your someone – they also need time alone or with others without you. Esp if you are with an introvert.

The learning curve of Life. And the d(t)rama of young adulthood.

He’s not breaking up with you, Liz….yet.

Elizabeth, Elizabeth, Elizabeth, there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. For a happy life you need a balanced existence.

Why does ‘Liz’ had that constant look of bewilderment on her face ? Or is that suppose to show like what typical teenager looks ???

This doesn’t feel like a break up, why is she freaking out? He just wants to spend some time with friends and not ALL of his time with his girlfriend. I don’t see anything wrong with that. Come on Liz, chill out!

Having to divide her time between her boyfriend and best friend?If only her best friend had her head grafted onto her boyfriend’s body, then there would be “Dawnthony”!

Like I had one of my younger sisters who used to drive me crazy by saying like, all of the time, or you know, to which I would say no, I don’t know.

Just space out your time to include others! Doesn’t mean a break up.

Seeing each other for a HOUR each day instead of TEN is NOT “breaking up!”

The law according to TV says that you meet your significant other in a government high school. That is whom you marry. There are no other relationships.

Yesterday, I thought Liz was learning the whole world does NOT revolve around her…. I was wrong. Run Anthony, run!

My husband and I took separate vacations – by choice – and had a very happy marriage. He would go to Las Vegas or a fishing cabin in Canada with his buddies. I would go to some city in Europe or South America with my buddies. Worked great!
