“…… Kadaver taught me to never leave anything to chance”. If Morgana had learned THAT lesson she would have confirmed that Tess Tracy was ACTUALLY IN THE OFFICE and not stuck in traffic, before attending the appointment (panel 3, Sunday 14 January 2024). Morgana failed that lesson badly.

Fata must have used the payment for the Tess hit to set up her act. I guess " Independent Contractors" don’t encounter things like recession, economic downturns and “my money’s funny and my change is strange”. Translation, I have no folding money (dollar bills) and no jingling money (coins) Heck, maybe Bosco paid her using cash app.

Plan B? She may have to go through the whole alphabet.

We see that Fata’s “eye patch” accoutrement is part of her stage persona. That it is removeable will make it much easier for her to disappear.

Not to be obvious… but where is the half mask ? Did she have her Borg implants removed ?

I think it’s sweet that these two ladies keep a poster of their deceased corpse-guy (he was a corpse-guy before he was deceased, to be clear) mentor/lover(?) around. Still, I don’t know how he’d feel about having extremely generic aphorisms attributed to him in response to extremely specific situations like “I accidentally poisoned the wrong person but I need to continue to earn my living as a stage magician.”

1-FATS: Do these tights flatter my rear and draw attention to my best feature? RIKKI WANTSA QUICKIE: Nobody is ever going to notice anything but your stupid mask so why bother?

Am I wrong or did Abner die because he went against Dick Tracy? Didn’t that teach Fata anything?

Has Abner put on weight? Perhaps it’s due to swimming in cement.
