I think that Caveperson still posts here on GoComics, I have seen him/her jump all over people for mixing up irregular past tense verbs with their participles, etc……
You guys are great but my take on this is a little different. This is an example of the 2nd biggest reason for divorce, while the 1st was the invention of the wheel and the back seat (driver or otherwise) both count.
Grammer police can be a bit irritating at times, but in all areas, teaching the ignorant is the only way they might learn. Also, sometimes it’s simply a missed keystroke.
I appreciate people who try to educate me. I was in college before I knew the difference between it’s and its. I went to catholic schools growing up and had a poor education.
