A pharmacist worth his license would know how to play along with a dense customer.

I thought P.M. meant past midnight, and A.M. means another morning.

What does the chemist mean by “PM”?

You is lucky Pig. The big pharma has lets you go. Now you can lives peaceful healthy life without dying from side effects.

So… pharmacist substituting for a medical doctor?

PM means when you take the medication, it’s not meant to cover the entire sleep duration. Don’t take it after midnight though, or you’ll be awake all night.

All those PM drugs would never work for the AMish!

I take an All Day Pain Relief pill and I still hurt

Why is Pig being so difficult?

The pharmacist should have told him the PM stood for Pig Medicine.

The pharmaceutical industry would love to hook you on their products to help you sleep. And any other issue you may have, no matter how minor, there’s probably a pill for that too.

And for good reason.

OMG, that is hilarious. Never thought of that.

The following old adage should be sufficient for us all: Blessed is the man who is too busy to worry during the day and too tired to lie awake at night. This would solve many of the problems of today.

Do they make a pill for regularity called Tylenol BM?

Just think of PM as “Past Midnight.”

Tell him PM is an abbreviation for “Put Me (to sleep)”

Sometimes I go to sleep watching British news shows. They often talk about the Prime Minister. If they’re still playing after midnight (and that’s more or less my usual bedtime, I’m a night owl and most of the time couldn’t get to bed much earlier than that if I tried) that sort of extends the PM. . . .

Is Pig on the spectrum? One of our granddaughters is and she often gets hung up on details like this. I don’t find it annoying. She’s a nice kid.

Would it be such a great shock if we found out there’s NO DIFFERENCE between AM and PM except in the type of food coloring mixed in?

It’s not easy being literal.

I was an ER nurse and had this happen. I got a call at 3 a.m. from a person wanting to know if it was too late to take a Tylenol PM.

The Pharmacist could have said PM stands for Pain Management as an explanation for Pig.

It really means Post Meridian, but Pig gets confused too easily.

Surprising that the pharmacist doesn’t recognize Pig’s real problem.

Man, I’m worse than Pig, I don’t go to bed until after midnight.

It’s always who’s on first with Pig
