Rat only cares about artificial intelligence because so many people don’t have the real thing.

A.I. won’t kill you. It will just lower the minimum wage and convince you that it is a good thing.

Get the cure for most major diseases // What happens? // People live much longer in care homes because they still don’t take care of themselves. // Talking about getting what you wish for.

In 10 years we could also be slaves because ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE would be ruling over those of us with NATURAL INTELLIGENCE./

We have inoculations for many things, but the republicans say they are bad for you. I know in my great state of FL our republican geniuses are smarter than all the medical experts in the world

I’m positive that life is a POS.

Artificial Intelligence doesn’t stand a chance against Natural Stupidity!

He’s positive AI will kill us.

AI won’t kill many people, at least not directly. The owners of the various AIs will do that by seeing to it that people don’t have jobs. Indirectly, maybe AI can kill by convincing you to act in a way that makes your continued life unlikely.

Humans have finally made themselves obsolete.

AI like any other computer programme is no better than the human who wrote it and the human who uses it.

Rat is positive that all will be dead!

Rat is just trying to strike a balance.

AI? Bah. It just a dumb computer program which is marketed as “AI”. But then again maybe it will actually rules the world because hoomins is choosing dumb leaders to rules over em anyways.

Plenty of major diseases have cures already. Problem is they’re not profitable.

Actually, AI will no doubt play a big part in coming up with cures for major diseases. It’s already identified new antibiotics, for instance.

All things considered, I can see why Rat came to that conclusion. I don’t agree with it but I understand it.

So, results are the same. Natural stupidity will still exist and win by eliminating us all in the long run.

The danger’s not AI, it’s people thinking that it actually has intelligence because of how we named it.

Who is the driving force behind A.I.? Who stands to benefit from the improvement of A.I.? What ideas are being offered to make A.I. more generally acceptable? Let’s see. What is the most expensive element of any business? The workers. But selling A.I. to society? We hear it will accelerate medical research. Yes, that’s true. Already proven in the development of vaccines. Solve climate change? Not sure how, yet. I guess we had better come up with ways to make a living wage that cannot be replaced by A.I. I think I’ll pose that question to Bing.

I’m with Rat on this.

Something tells me that Rat really wants to push Goat off that cliff.

Rat is a bit like Mother Nature. Cruel.

AI will help us find those cures if it’s used right.

I’m actually glad to be older. I have maybe 20 years left. Hopefully I’ll be dead before or close to the worst of what will be coming.

Or they will have cures, but only the AI billionaires will be able to afford them.

New diseases will always evolve, and AI is still just artificial.

Meh. Having lived almost half of the last century and now approaching a quarter of this one, I’ve seen so many predictions of things that “will” or “are highly likely to” happen in ten or even twenty years, both great and terrible, that still haven’t come true, I neither get my hopes up nor panic at the latest ones. But I do think we’re all doomed and it doesn’t matter who gets elected. ;)

It’s the minor diseases they are making drugs for now, ones with no competition from other companies. That’s where the money is.

I’m still waiting for mRNA vaccine against rhinovirus. That would win a Nobel Prize!

The only thing Rat can be positive in: Positively negative.

On the up side, AI will assist with all those disease cures before it goes full Terminator.

It’s hard to imagine how AI will kill us faster than we already are killing each other and ourselves.

Just for fun, turn on Closed Captioning read and listen for the AI comparison CC and have a laugh.

Nope Putin is going to take care of it for it. After he’s done, the only thing going to be left is the A.I. Russian collaborators!

AI will find the best cure for all the issues of the day will be to eliminate the humans. Once they can build and repair themselves from raw materials, start worrying.

We will have the cure for most diseases but, unless your rich, you won’t be able to afford them.
