… how can you help them improve their lives too?

When I get married I will rarely use social media, I will use the internet for books, education, questions. TV shows, films, music and some games.

No more resolutions for me. Only goals. I can work on my goals continuously. it’s a great way to keep myself busy in a very positive way. I’ve already started working on them. It’s a great feeling. One of my goals is to start a start-up for a very affordable, sustainable, flexible and easy to build construction system. I have already worked out the system and am now working on the concept presentation and all the details. My goal is to finish the concept presentation and details by the end of January and then to get the start-up started by the end of the summer. If all goes well, this could start revolutionising the way housing is built by the end of the year 2025.

Myt “resolution” is to post a celebratory message for the day (Happy Socks Day, Happy Twins Day, etc.).

I don’t do resolutions. What’s funny is that, my devotional post for New Year’s Eve (I’m a devo writer on Facebook) started out talking about resolutions, but I ended up going in a totally different direction. I do like that new one better.

So much for resolve.

Yeeeeaaaaah, saw that one coming. :P

That said though, it’s a good resolution to shoot for, so I’d still encourage her to try and achieve it. Most people I find are much too reliant on not just social media but their phones in general, so a little cutting back would probably help most anyone in today’s world.

I thought you were smarter than that, Andy.

What better way to “dial back social media abuse” then to get on social media to let everyone know about it?

I make the same resolution every year and I’ve never broken it. I resolve to make only one Resolution this year.

sleep in later. do less. get fat. drink more beer. these are resolutions i can get onboard with. Facebook? neighbor kid— “that’s for old people.”

I use social media so little I don’t even know how to check my stats.

I have never made resolutions. It always seemed kinda silly to me. Everyday is an opportunity to grow, reimagine, work towards your goals. If you are not changing and adapting, death will be at your doorstep; either physically or metaphorically.

Another resolution bit the dust before it was even attempted…

I resolve to give up all social media… oh, wait, I don’t go ONTO any form of social media, other than this, if it can be construed, as such. Gee, that was easier, than I thought!

I made a resolution several years ago and I’ve been able to keep it. I resolved to make no more resolutions.

Or you could tell your friends outside the Social Media universe.

Does anyone even use Facebook anymore? It’s becoming like MySpace at this point.

why do all the characters make that disgusting ‘jut out lower jaw/teeth’ look when deciding something? I’ve NEVER seen anyone do that IRL thank God !
