All of me is icy, my hands, my feet, my face so I guess if was Calvin I would make the blanket of Hobbes icy too.

After parading around naked in the bathroom performing her evening I get the full court press of fridgid arms legs and booty.

Reminds me of an argument l had a few weeks ago in bed with the missus. I had to resort to counting the bars on the headboard to ascertain the centre!

I can only remember one nightmare that was so bad that I asked to sleep with my mom. It was after watching an episode of The Twilight Zone, “In His Image”, about a man who discovers that he’s a robot.

Cal’s world like his blanky is wrapped around him and only him. All others are extras in his ‘play.’

It works …..if you work it!!!!!

Well, Hobbes got what he wanted.

Calni is lucky to have his own bedroom. When I was a lad, we slept 13 of us to a bed and when I say a bed, were only a heap of rags, in a corner of the shed. Aye, we had it rough.

We used to have a house that was always colder upstairs. I took to sleeping with my head covered, allowing just enough space to breathe, breathed in through the nose, out through the mouth, the bed warmed up quickly to what I assumed to be 98.6 degrees.

When my parents were first married(1935), Dad was in the Iowa National Guard, 113th (Horse) Cavalry and every night Dad had to go take care of his horse before bed. Came to bed with truly cold feet, or so they said…I wasn’t born until Post War.

The two adults are required to sleep with Calvin between them; it prevents Calvin siblings.

Definitely one of the funniest later Sunday strips! I love Hobbes’s happy face in the first panel, and of course Hobbes dressed as a bedsheet ghost! (It’s even the trope image on TV Tropes!)

I go through this nightly with the dog.

I only had one cat I could trust to sleep under the covers. When they get warm and happy those pumping claws are like electric shock!

Wear sock to bed. Problem solved.
