Yup just as I thought Mrs. Dingle Berry.

My late father told me of his time in the Navy during WW2. He was stationed in San Francisco as a USN Mailman 3/c and lodged at Mr. and Mrs. Baker’s house (Mr. Baker was the commander of the Presidio) along with another serviceman. He said Mrs. Baker liked him but not the other serviceman, and would lock him out if he was a minute late past curfew.

Makes you feel sorry for MR. Dingle. I’d assume he’s either dead or just gone!

Uh …..

She’s tough, but I think she really is nice underneath it. And I bet the boys have learnt a lesson about taking proper care of their keys.

As far as I’m concerned, she has every right to be miffed. I hesitate to think what would have happened to Michael had he crawled in a second story window in many houses in the middle of the night. The only thing she did was chew him out.

WEll, on the bright side, at least they weren’t caught by a passing Constible.

This is a comic strip, and comic strips are supposed to be funny. Ergo, a funny thing would see Michael conked by the lamp and get a big lump. Another idea could be he fell in the toilet.

In comic strip fashion, Mrs. Dingle releases a tied piano to stop that other “intruder”. It falls down, then Weeder stands up disoriented with piano keys for teeth and Chopsticks starts playing.

Hilarious!

Next Time BANG on the DOOR until she gets there.. SURPRISE!!
