Over lunch last week, my friend told me that he believes that micro plastics are interfering with our cognition. (Perhaps Pig’s confused?) And furthermore, he sees a connection between the introduction of micro plastics in our food chain and the rise in cognitive impairments in our children. I told him I thought it was such an important idea, then I would start looking into it. To me this is a great hypothesis, one that deserves a double blind study. What do you think of his idea?

So that’s what happened to me when I took calculus – my confuser kicked in.

Math has always come easy for me, (well, up until college) so perhaps not everyone has a confuser.

I’m pretty sure there’s no procedure that’s gonna make it easier to understand advanced math, Shakespeare books, and other books like Silas Marner.

Math isn’t that hard. It’s just facts. Facts don’t lie and don’t change. Literature is subjective so whether you like something or not has no bearing on anyone or anything else. Understanding of what’s going on in the world where humans are concerned is a conundrum.

The real confused is the corporatist media. Actually exercise some skepticism and learn about things for yourself. Try using the brain God gave you.

Removing the Confuser may help with math, but not literature and what’s going on in the world. To understand madmen, you need that bit of madness yourself.

It’s an interesting thought but our bodies are having to cope with so many unnatural contaminants that I don’t know how microplastics can be tested for.
