Kale or Tofu Pizza? I just threw up a little in my mouth!

Well it Tuesday so how about tacos?

I would choose kale… obviously, with the addition of spicy salami or buffalo mozzarella.

I thought yesterday was the worst nightmare ever.

Wouldn’t blame Garfield if he had to hide the body. Tofu/kale pizza is just not right. Like throwing rocks inside snowballs.

No one who puts pineapple on pizza should complain about either tofu or kale. There are a lot of things that work on pizza, and one should be willing to experiment and see if there are even more. But if you have established something was a mistake don’t keep repeating your error.

Those would be the choices if Andy, of the Foxtrot strip, were to open a pizza shop.

It is so annoying that some restaurants skip a lot of ingredients when cooking some recipes I hope they are rare in America and other countries.

If it’s the choice, I would think kale.

My husband & I ordered pizza yesterday. I ordered a chicken alfredo pizza & it was the best pizza I’ve had in years…possibly ever.

I’d (reluctantly) eat tofu, but not kale. Kale is an insult to pizza

It could be just the second of four, with yesterday’s an undigested bit of beef and today’s a blot of mustard. If so, we still have a crumb of cheese and a fragment of underdone potato to go.

Tofu would be tolerable. Kale, on the other hand – straight to the garbage disposal without passing “Go!”

Worse then Odie being mayor.

Just be thankful that it’s not broccoli pizza, like on “Inside Out”. But anyway, yesterday’s strip had Garfield have a nightmare about a dog being mayor, while today’s strip had him having a nightmare about pizza toppings that he did not like. I wonder what tomorrow’s nightmare strip will be?

Kale (boerenkool, literally farmers-cabbage) is a very popular dish in Holland. It’s cooked, mixed with mashed potatoes and served with a smoked pork sausage. I eat it at least once a week in winter.

I am gonna be honest and say that was hilarious for a modern Garfield strip. If only Lincoln Pierce won’t make arcs off of throwaway jokes. At least we have Garfield and run strips like peanuts Calvin and Hobbes and stuff like that.

Speaking of nightmares, I had another Tuesday that was worse than Monday.

Garfield maybe you should eat lite before bedtime and then you might not have the nightmares

Apparently tofu is good for you, from what’s online, and can be quite tasty if coked correctly, and mixed with tasty ingredients (This I gotta try to believe)!

Now that is a tough choice.

I have seen things much worse on this planet that would deserve such an expression, be very glad you never seen them Garf.

Hmm. My guess is the tofu may be less disgusting, but I’m not gonna try both to prove my theory.

Both bad tasting and lousy textures.

Garfield hates tofu and most vegetables, including kale. But it could be worse if Garfield has to choose a pizza with anchovies or raisins, especially that raisins are Garfield’s most hated food. I rather have a pizza with tofu and/or kale any day myself than a pizza with anchovies or any (real) meat because I’m a vegetarian. Since November 2004.
