Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
I used to debate the issues of the day with Trump conservatives. No more. Itâs hard to have a sane discussion with people who donât believe in reality.
Oh, donât be silly, thereâs no way you can get nothing but news you agree with, especially in your news feed â aaaah, wait, maybe you can, Iâve never tried looking at just ⊠the other side. THAT leaks through plenty in all sorts of ways. Now, Iâve run into people who not only donât seem to have heard anything from my side, but have explicitly said they donât care, and they donât want to hear anything bad about their side because they know my side is so bad!
My wife used to berate me for listening to rush limbaugh. I told her I couldnât combat evil if I didnât find the source. Only half joking there. I did want to know their take on things so I could counter their arguments.
I canât stand to watch Fox or CNN on TV, so I go the eachâs website to see what their headlines are. Often the headlines arenât even about the same subjects. I quickly scan the articles I think might be kinda meaningful. At the the end of this exercise, I figure that the truth is somewhere between Foxâs reporting and CNNâs. Both organizations are little more than propaganda machines.
Given trumpâs record.. it is remarkable that he has a following that think he is fit to run the country. And even worse, given trumpâs âfitnessâ there is a good chance JD Vance could become president within 4 years. Seriously, JD Vance as a possible president should make everyone do a rethink.
Rat reminds me of the people who only get their news from MSNBC, PBS, NPR, and CNN, and who watch The View, and then complain about people and media with views opposed to theirs.
I have a (former) friend who has gone over the deep end in the MAGA world. He evidently has stopped believing in logic. I donât bother arguing with that sort of people. Itâs a waste of time. Same with flat-earthers.
I wish Liz Cheney was the GOPâs nominee. I wouldnât vote for her because I align more with Harris and the Dems, but at least I wouldnât be terrified by the prospect of her winning. Unlike Trump, she is a person of integrity who cares about her country.
I am neither left or right. But I have lived in several border cities. Eating the local wildlife is nothing new. Its been going on for decades. In fact it was a running joke about what you were eating in the restaurants since there were no stray animals around.
@ lavender headgear: Gas was cheap. Food was cheap. Taxes were lower. Wages were higher. Housing was more available. No new wars. Illegal immigration declined sharply. The economic grew nicely. Guess you donât follow current events.
That sure sounds like the 50s, 60s 70s. I guess you do want to go back to the 50s.
Hit that nail om the head! I recall a conversation I tried to have with our window washer prior to the last election. There was no way he would say anything past the party line.
Iâve read many of the comments posted. What amazes me is the inability of the progs to see todayâs strip applies to noth sides â including theirs.
When the âreligionsâ of Voudou (Voo-Doo) and Santaria are both practiced by large numbers of this THIRD WORLD trash, and that Santaria involves animal sacrifice, and often the animal is served up as a âcureâ, then INTELLIGENT PEOPLE would understand that this sub-human filth is only engaging in their âcultural practiceâ.And this tolerance of THIRD, and FOURTH world âcultural practicesâ is exactly what is leading the United States to its destruction.
The strip was talking about both red and blue sheep. But it went right over your tiny heads. PatheticâŠsad thing is most of you reproduce even more simple minds. Why it just keeps getting worse.

Rat will only have discussions with people who always agree with him. Contradict or correct him even once, and youâre out of his good graces.

I love comics that show political silliness attributable to both conservative and liberal and then watch as each side tries to make it about the other

Very Pastis. He drew one panel, duplicated it 5 times, and dropped different lettering on them. For panel 6, he flipped the image of Rat horizontally.
