Puddles is the BEST part of this family!

Much better than the ways we’ve previously seen Shannon entertain herself.

Playing hide-and-seek with a sleeping dog is kind of like not closing your eyes when you count to ten.

Does Luann get paid for babysitting Shannon? She’s not family, really.

Once again, this isn’t the Sunday strip I saw in the paper for this week, so I guess maybe it’ll actually be published next week instead. Spoiler alert: everybody’s going to hate it because it’s another Luann and Bernice banter strip.

Love the expression on Puddle’s face in the last panel. And is Luann actually doing schoolwork?

Why is Shannon in Luann’s house? Are she and her no-good sperm donor crashing there now??

Shannon is having fun with puddles.

It is pretty obvious that Shannon is playing hide and seek with the dog. She may be entertaining herself, but the dog and Luann seem annoyed by it.

Luann is not seeing any of herself in that comment to Shannon.

Puddles is dog-tired from the previous game Shannon was trying to play.

Much like this strip.

If she was playing it right it would have ben her turn to hide and hopefully stay hidden until Puddles found her.

Puddles is way past his puppyhood. He’s not as active as he used to be.

More proof the girl has a development problem.

Luann, get off of your butt and play hide and seek with Shannon. Sheesh

Oh no; not her again!

Puddles may continue to act indifferent and a little annoyed, but in the end his tail reveals that he’s having fun. Luann knows this because she knows her dog. When Shannon is happy, everyone is happy.

She got tired of playing hide and seek with the toaster.

It’s actually rather tragic how Shannon is always being left to her own devices and so she has to create her own fun. When she’s not being ignored by Brad and Toni she’s being ignored by Luann. To say nothing of how her own father treats her like a hot potato to be passed off to another as quickly as possible…

Attaboy Puddles….whose a good boy…………?

Puddles has talent.

Puddles is phoning it in.

Puddles ignoring Shannon. Smart.

Wait until she’s a little older, she’ll find new methods of entertainment

Shannon playing with Puddles means there is significantly less of chance that First Responders will have to get involved.
