Iâm no expert on vacuum cleaners but wouldnât there be a vacuum inside the machine? Not even magical leprechauns would be âokâ after that.
Also, I decided to modify my username. âAmbush Kittenâ had a feminine connotation (so Iâve been told) and Iâve grown weary of explaining that Iâm a rugged, macho guy. :)
There once was a granny named Bitty.âĄWho fell into friendship with kitties.âĄWhen she left the roomâĄHer son was vacuumedâĄNow, Bitty needs a rescue committee
Iâd be freaking out if my vacuum came to life like that. I would think mice was taking over the vacuum and my cat would be going crazy attacking the vacuum? Please, I do not need that actually happening here!
I think the old matriarch might be the perfect person to sort this out. Reminds me of a funny BCN quote that went something like âReports indicate sheâs okay, so itâs hilarious.â I got a good laugh out of that one.
The vacuum attachment and hose must be part snake. Only way those chubby little leprechauns would fit through the opening is if the âjawsâ could open wider. :-)
Well considering that legend has it that leprechauns descend from the union of the son of an âevil spiritâ and a âdegenerate fairyâ it is best of if the Pink House on the Hill is divested of the wee little buggers. The mischief they cause can come to no good.
Donât give up so easily, leprechauns! Attack from within, you can still win this! The bag is the most vulnerable part of an upright; work together and rip it apart!
My vacuum sucked up a piece of hard plastic, and itâs stuck in the fan area never to be removed. Thump. Thump. Thump. What that would do to a leprechaun body isnât a nice thing to think about.

âWe need to go get Granny Bitty.â Yeah, probably should have started with that. If you canât find her, Baba Mouse will probably do.

âIt sounds like theyâre all ok in there.â That, of course, depends greatly on you definition of âok.â

Um. Is the woman not noticing that she is vacuuming leprechauns? Or can only children and cats see them?

So, whatâs the collective noun for a group of leprechauns? In this case, would it be a Bag oâ Blarney?

âHe fell off the ladder, pulling down most of the decorations, and landed in the middle of the cake and turning over the punchbowl on his head.â
âOh, my. Is he okay?â
âHeâs fine.â
âGood. Now I can laugh.â

Meanwhile, Back on the Nile
Elvis-Anum: So the leprechauns were all vacuumed up?
Trish OâDoyle: So it would appear. We have our legends about future times.
Duffy OâDoyle: But not to worry. I think all will turn out right in the end.
Lupinium: The real tragedy is if we were to run out of ice cream.
Puckmosis: Are you planning on having another soda?
Lupinium: Well, you know all that tumbling is a lot of work.
Thomios: But remember the rule of the Royal Procurers: Never eat on an empty stomach.

That very lumpy vacuum cleaner bag filled with leprechauns makes me snicker. As does the very self-satisfied smirk on its face.

Some one the other day was asking about Screaming Yellow Zonkers. I found Fiddle Faddle, which is very similar, at Dollar Tree today.
