Is it just me or does Tiff look like she’s lost weight in the last panel? She looks a lot like her old High School self.

Who left the front door wide open? And why does he even need to be there?

Once again, it’s going to be nice not having to wait until 1am for the new comics to go live for the next month, because I still refuse to conform to G.W. Bush’s extended DST; it was one of the dumbest things he ever did. “To improve trade with other countries,” he said, but literally the only other country that went along with the extension was Canada, and that was mainly because they had no choice in the matter. DST is an antiquated concept that experts have agreed has no benefits to us in terms of our circadian rhythm or overall mental health, and in fact, actually causes more harm than good, particularly after springing forward and losing an hour of sleep. I’ve always hated DST, especially as a kid who had strict, early bedtimes, so in the dead of summer, when it’s still daylight outside until 10:00 at night, that just made trying to go to sleep all the worse, so when G.W. Bush extended it for no reason in 2007, I refused to conform; I still spring forward in April and fall back in October like we used to before he extended it. I keep urging others to do the same. Resist, resist, resist; everyday, America is forced to adhere to more and more conformity, which is unacceptable in what’s supposed to be a free country.

Aaaaaand we’re back to business as usual in the comic strip, with everyone behaving in character. Good luck trying to initiate ACTION, Luann.

Seems like we always need Tiffany to put pizzaz into the plot.

Tiff’s long been a rival of Stef. But now that Luann has a beau, Tiff is her rival too. There may be some hair-pulling before it’s all over.

A day legendary for drinking is not the best day to have a blood drive.

And it’s deja vu all over again as Tiffany tries to steal Luann boyfriend.

Oh FFS, is this yet another Luann/Tiffany love triangle? He prefers Luann; he always prefers Luann (even if he doesn’t want to date anyone in the end) so why are we repeating this?

I guess Kip is history as far as Tiff is concerned…and she just might steal Phil unless Phil could see through her.

Let’s hope this isn’t a return to Tiffany’s bizarre habit of hitting on any guy Luann likes. Because that would make me go back to thinking about the possibility of Tiffany’s latent homosexuality towards Luann. It’s nice that Phil got involved, but Luann should have expected her friends’ curiosity, especially her mother’s.

I wonder why curly-haired-guy (I’m having a “brain fart” and forgot his name) cares about whether Phil is wearing scrubs. He can see perfectly well that Phil is a clinician.

Best arc is a long time. Need a medical type who can handle needles at a blood drive.

We didn’t get to see the end of the date and see if Phil changed his mind about buying the ice cream or giving LuAnn a quick smooch. I guess he didn’t.

Tiffany always seems to have a roving eyes when it comes to boys.

I commented in last weeks arc that Phil is a serious romantic possibility Luann, and his being at the Fuse meeting is a clear sign that my speculation is valid; particularly in terms of her confidence. She is demonstrating it with the meeting, and I believe Phil has lot to do with that. I wouldn’t get too distracted by Tiffany’s flirting with Phil, she does that routinely. Its kind of a recommendation in behalf of Phil. Remember the question that Ox had for her a couple of arcs ago? How is that hanging? Phil is about to become a major recurring character, so a little fun with the same basic crowd that has been together since high school, I also see Nancy there, appearing to approve. I predicted this when the whole blood drive, Mrs, Honer’s arcs started. All we need now is Gunther and Bets.

Ok, any credibility Tiffany had about having real feelings for Kip just flew out the window. She’s nothing but a bimbo who tries to latch on to other females boyfriends, etc., because she can’t get one of her own.

Maybe there’s hope yet for the inevitable permanent Phil character introduction. I would love to see Tiffany and Bernice both go after him. Luann doesn’t need a bossy smarty pants.
