Does anyone know what all is embedded in a QR code? ( I call it a queer code ) As far as I know it links to a website but what else does it transmit. Our vaccine passports are all a queer code. Does it also transmit personal information, Who gets it? Who stores it? And how is that information stored / shared ( sold )
Wiley has my cat Henry as that be he. He’s always close to the action though he has hundreds of places to snore away privately in dusty regions of said house not tended to for low these 3 years. That is often suggested as a choice activity : clean the damn place up, organize it, make home a better place but Henry refers anyone getting up can feed him for the umpteenth time.
As another non-user (two weeks more than a decade ago), I do like the way the joke works, even for non-users. I suspect many younger readers won’t ‘get it’, because they don’t know much, if anything, about faxes. Although there are a few industries that still use them, as they are difficult to hack.
This is an excellent Journal paper on why people insist on believing conspiracy theories. Here is a relevant excerpt:
“Our analysis suggests that conspiracy theories may satisfy some epistemic motives at the expense of others—for example, by shielding beliefs from uncertainty while being less likely to be accurate. The epistemic drawbacks of conspiracy theories do not seem to be readily apparent to people who lack the ability or motivation to think critically and rationally. Conspiracy belief is correlated with lower levels of analytic thinking (Swami, Voracek, Stieger, Tran, & Furnham, 2014) and lower levels of education (Douglas, Sutton, Callan, Dawtry, & Harvey, 2016). "
In other words, the belief conspiracy theories are directly tied to the inability to apply critical and analytical thinking and insufficient education. The full paper appears in the Journal Association For Psychological Science.

“Anthropogenic climate change” is a hoax. Any real climate change that is occurring is natural and not man-made. It is not accelerating. The climate change alarmists are basing their projections on severely flawed models many of which were based on politically motivated and false assumptions. Further their predictions often are not realized and the corruption of the climate “scientists” have been revealed many times.
The goal of those trading on “man-made climate change” is to force an end of civilization and freedom. They seek to create massive, world-wide centralized government run by bureaucrats and tyrants.

I quit a couple of years ago and don’t miss it a bit. I created several email groups of actual friends: Close Friends & Family, PG Humor Friends, Racy Humor Friends, Political Humor Friends with whom I share appropriate news, memes and other bits of humor. It is SO much better than FB / Meathead!!!
The Métis flag or flag of the Métis Nation features a white infinity sign on a blue background. The infinity symbol represents the mixing of two distinct cultures, European and First Nations, to create a unique and distinct culture, that of the Métis (which means “to mix” in Latin).
Would you like some Rumpsteaks with that too? While you’re on break from RumpU, gambling at Rump Casinos, and sending in big checks to the Arizona recounts, and those checks are gonna be paid by your investment in those NFT’s with Melanomia’s face on ‘em, right? That new social media firm is already under investigation from the SEC because it has dealing with some incredibly sketchy investment firms from China (another big money plan for the MAGA crowd! – except the suckers don’t admit that that crowd has never paid back on a thing).
Remember Back to the Future II where everyone had a fax, they sort of got that one wrong. As for what he wants him to look at, that is way to close to the way it works.
