500 hundred stars? and none of them have gone supernova due to Ora Z attacking them! yet……..

OZ’s nose looks more like an upside down heart than usual in panel 2.

I love Puck’s little side smile in panel one, and Ora Zella’s paws on the mike in panel four. Also Iggy’s delighted fangy smile in all of them.

They started out as a bonded pair in the shelter. Thanks to Angus, Baba, and The Man and The Woman, they’re still bonded, and now loved and accepted into a forever home. Infinite stars!

I have yet to see Iggy in any of these strips were you don’t want to scoop him up for a cuddle!

Just pure joy. I"m so happy their finally part of the family… on paper anyway. They’ve been part of this family for months now. It’s also nice their primary dad is asking them.

I’d give 500 likes to this on if it were possible!

I’m showing this to Bluebonnet: See, this is how nice, grateful kitties act. We adopted Bluebonnet a couple years ago from local shelter (I got suckered in because she was “16, with just 2 teeth” but now she is about 10, with no teeth). She spends all day and half the night telling us that we’re doing it wrong. She wants to eat but not now, she wants a scritch but not like that, there’s something important over HERE but oh you missed it, and what are you doing in THAT room, come over HERE, and NO you can’t turn over, I just got comfortable on your belly! She’s so talkative I can easily put her on the phone, and she’ll tell my relatives how badly we are doing everything.

When we got Achilles and Monroe from the shelter here (we’ve been here that long?!?), they were so happy to have a home that they kneaded the floor and purred loudly.

I’m pretty sure that’s how Garibaldi felt when we foster won – he was our one and only foster. He fit in with the clowder the moment we brought him in to the house. The rescue here doesn’t call it foster failing; because while you weren’t a successful foster, you and the animal both won, so you didn’t fail.

I think it is wonderful that Ora Zella and Iggy now have a forever home. Will they become kitten reporters? Only time will tell.

Well, look at the last three that got taken in. Any wonder the People can love Iggy and Ora Z for who they are?

I’m deliberately not including Elvis in that because I’m lookinbg a little more at what Puck, Lupin, and Goldie are missing that don’t matter to the People. Puck a leg, Lupin his hearing, and Goldie a bit of ear. Goldie’s is the least noticable, but there are some folks for whom that would compromise poor Goldie. Elvis seems all there.
