So many things thinking of so many things. Poor mouse is worried about the owl on the shelf.

I can juggle three hammers, but not like that. Well, I can do clubs like that, but it’s been a while and clubs aren’t made out of iron and are better balanced.

Poor Spud……….

Note to self: Never leave Spud in front of the spray paints.

At first glance, I thought, whoa! Too much too much too much too much!

This morning, I kept going back to Calvin & re-reading it (comics gold) & when I got down to Wallace …well, I thought I might burst with happiness! Another grin producing, sensory overload comic from another master of the art! Pour a fresh tea, zoom in & enjoy.

I always love these one-panel extravaganzas, these phantasmagorias, these beautiful offerings from the abundant heart and mind of Mr. Will Henry. [The comments indicate that more and more of the readers of this strip are feeling the same way, which makes me happy.] Very like the recent movie “Everything Everywhere All at Once”. Or like a three-ring circus pulling your attention in every direction.

Love this! So much detail! Even the succulents in the lower left corner have wants!

Wonderful strip today. I worry that Sterling is the only living being there without a thought. Even Spud zoning out has a test pattern.

Walsh & Packard’s hardware store. Loved that place when I was a kid

I would like to point out the bell over the door. I love that sound: “Ta-da!! I’m here, your customer!!” although perhaps to the person behind the counter at five minutes before closing it’s not so pleasant a sound.

Never mind all that! Where’s the hardware cloth? And no, I don’t need a hundred feet!

You know, Spud and Mrs Maclellan look very much alike.

I like how there’s an age limit for buying spraypaint. I suspect that was specifically for kids like Wallace (or Amelia) in mind. :P

I liked to collect paint cards as a kid. Valspar was my favorite for names but they don’t carry it at the hardware store here anymore.

Notice that Sterling is the only one without a though balloon. Even the plats have them. Maybe it’s to indicate that sometimes Sterling doesn’t think, he just acts – and he is certainly going to town with those paint samples.
