Actually, Calvin can communicate telepathically because he read Mom’s mind.

Calvin, it is called “The Look”. Almost all Mom’s (and some dads) have it. No words are needed you just KNOW.

There are two places on your body where you shouldn’t get tattooed:

    1. Places that are “private parts.”

    2. Places that aren’t.

If a six-year-old boy got an intricate tattoo like a serpent holding a ship against his chest or whatever, what would the tattoo look like when the boy was 60 or 70 and well over 100 lbs heavier?

Most mom’s have “The Look”. I have fine-tuned mine to “The Eyebrow”. “The Eyebrow” is so effective that it works on ALL kids…even those that aren’t mine. It works great when it’s my turn to assist in Children’s Church on Sundays.

Maybe it’s just my generation, but I have to agree with mom on this one. For the vast majority of people what nature, genetics and your own good stewardship gave you cannot be improved on by some dude with a tattoo pen.

The Count knows a lady who was having a tattoo of Godzilla covering her whole back only the tattoo artist died and it is considered unethical for one tattoo artist to finish the work of another so now she had about half a Godzilla on her back. The upside is it is an excellent job and she really is pretty dang hawt, boy howdy, so yet another Ann❤️Eiffel Happy❤️Ending, boy howdy, :)

As a kid, I thought I was hot stuff because, depending on luck, I could put a quarter into the machine at the grocery store and get a tattoo appliqué. I’d wet the paper, put it on my arm and hold it in place for a couple of minutes, peel off the paper and there was my tattoo. If I were really lucky, it’d survive bath time and the next day’s play before coming off.

Why don’t they draw tattoos with permanent markers? Less painful and they wear off eventually.

Seeing someone with many tattoos I mainly see skin damage and a reduced ability to obtain vitamin D.

My brother made the comment that with the fads he followed as a youth, at least he could burn them…

There is a lot of peer pressure usually involved in tattoos. Sure, some people get it because they have a specific event or person to commemorate but it is rare.

Whenever I consider permanently defacing my body in some way, I think about that month when I thought a beret was a REALLY GOOD IDEA. I still blush.
